We do not want you stuck with a digital course that felt unclear, overwhelming, or not worth it. The guarantee is simple and buyer-friendly.

Refund before delivery for any reason. After delivery, try it for 60 days. If you are unhappy, email us and we will refund you.

Before the full course is delivered

If you change your mind before the full First Clay Collection course is delivered, email support@clayweekend.com from the email address you used to purchase. We will issue a full refund.

After delivery

After the course is delivered, try it for 60 days. If the lessons are not clear, not useful, not beginner-friendly, or not worth it for any reason, email us and we will refund you.

This includes situations where your first collection does not turn out the way you hoped, you do not feel proud enough to wear or gift what you made, or the material did not help you feel more confident with polymer clay.

Optional add-ons

Any add-on purchased from the thank-you page is covered by the same First Batch Guarantee. You can refund add-ons before delivery or within 60 days after delivery if they are not useful or worth it.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@clayweekend.com.
  2. Use the email address attached to your purchase.
  3. Tell us whether the refund is for the main course, an add-on, or both.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank/card timing is controlled by your payment provider.
